The Italian daily “La Repubblica” has dedicated a comment to the well-known chef of Albanian origin Rene Rexhepi. On the first day of the new year 2022 Rexhepi posted this video on Instagram, in which he cuts a slice of panettone, bakes it on the grill, fills it with butter and cheese, and makes a sandwich.
